To secure a reservation we ask for a 25% deposit, and until the deposit has cleared reservations are only provisional. The remaining balance should be made at least two weeks prior to date of stay.
Non payment of the balance will forfeit the booking.

In the event of a short-notice booking (within two weeks of the date of stay, full payment is required immediately to secure the booking).

On completion of the booking we will send a confirmation letter and a visitor information booklet. A copy of Y Stabl Visitor Information can be downloaded here.

Guests will be met at a mutually agreed time at the cottage for a general welcome and handover of keys

The earliest arrival time for Saturday is 2pm to give us sufficient time to prepare the cottage for your stay

Outgoing guests are asked to vacate the cottage by 10am on the Saturday, so that we can prepare the cottage for incoming guests. Keys may be left in the post box outside the front door.
